Question: 1. Could you please confirm whether alternative options are permitted? 2. We noticed that some items do not have youth styles available. Is it acceptable to leave certain line items blank where youth sizes are not offered? 3. For items required that have varying prices between youth and adult sizes, are we allowed to provide different prices for each, or should we provide an average price from youth small to adult XL?
Response: Yes alternative options are acceptable. You may bid on one or all items. You should provide pricing as shown on the form.

This calls for a single embroidery logo. What is the location of the logo? 3. For Sections that have a brand and stock # but not quantities listed. Do you require pricing for those items as well? 4. Logos - Could you provide the size(s) and samples of the logos for this RFP? You can email these to ted@mahoapparel.com Thank you for your time

Question: On pages 4-7 what is Logo Ref# mean?? on item 6.1a you indicate multi color - with screen printing, pricing is by color so how many colors??
