Description: It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to select a qualified Offeror to provide laser grading including mix installation for seven (7) baseball/softball fields to eliminate lips and holes, increase drainage, playability and safety for each field. Fields A, B, C, D, E, F and G, to be laser graded, are located at the Ned Donkle Complex, 3301 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.  No electronic submissions will be accepted. The City is not responsible for late or misdirected mail.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM (local time) located at Pepper Geddings Recreation Center, 3205 North Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. On-time attendance and sign-in are required for bid consideration. No late attendees will be admitted. No remote attendance options are available. Participants may be expected to walk distances or travel to other areas throughout the meeting.
