Question 1

Posted: 7/14/2025

Question: 1. Per page 9 of the RFQ, the District states that proposers can submit their proposals online at the following link: https://www.aesd.net/administration/purchasing. However, it appears that the page is no longer available. Should we submit via Vendor Registry? Sealed Solicitation | Vendor Registry 2. The Certification page states that proposing firms must submit “one (1) original and three (3) copies of the firm’s proposal in response to this request…” As stated above, proposers can submit online and therefore would not need to submit several copies of the proposal. Does this clause only apply to those who submit via postal mail? 3. Also for the Certification page, if proposers submit electronically, and they are a corporation, do they need to include a digital version of their corporate seal? 4. On the Pricing Sheet, one of the columns is labelled “Extension”. Can the District please clarify what should be listed in this column? 5. Also on the Pricing Sheet, there is a line to include a “Federal ID #/License”. Does this refer to the EIN/Federal Tax Number of the proposer?

Response: 1. You access the link on our website https://www.aesd.net/divisions/business-services/fiscal-services/purchasing-services 2. If submitting electronically, naturally only one copy is required. 3. Yes, you can provide a digital version of your corporate seal. 4. Had I listed estimate of hours it would have been hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours. An estimate of hours is not listed so that column would remain blank. 5.Yes, that would be your Federal Tx ID number
