Description:

The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals from firms or organizations to establish a contract for the Custodial Services in Rockdale County.

                            

It is the Contractor's responsibility to become fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required. Contractors must visually inspect all of the sites and sign the sign-in sheet for these sites before submitting a proposal. Failure to visually inspect the sites will cause disqualification of proposal.  All site visits MUST be completed between Monday, December 2, 2019 through Friday, December 13, 2019 by 4:00 P.M., local time. Site visits must be set up with Charles Welch, Building Maintenance Manager, at Charles.welch@rockdalecountyga.gov or (770) 278-7210 OR Andrew Hammer, Deputy Director of Recreation and Maintenance, at Andrew.hammer@rockdalecountyga.gov or (770) 278-7268.

 

Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this RFP must be submitted in writing to Meagan Porch at meagan.porch@rockdalecountyga.gov or to the Department of Finance at the address below.  Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this RFP no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, December 19, 2019. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the Rockdale County website at www.rockdalecountyga.gov for any addenda that may be issued, prior to submitting a proposal for this RFP.

 

Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, January 9, 2020, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by OWNER.  

 

Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids
