Description: The Lockhart Independent School District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to a turnkey solution for an Audio Safety System for classrooms. Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) requests proposals from vendors for a solution for an Audio Safety System for the campuses. The system must provide paging, intercom, bells, classroom video of lessons and a school safety notification system (discrete alert system). All proposals must include all equipment with installation, cabling as designated, and labor as specified to complete and make the system operable. The entire installation shall comply with all applicable electrical and safety codes. The system shall be tested and certified prior to turning over to the District.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference on October 4, 2022 at 9am at Lockhart High School Cafeteria located at 906 Center Street, Lockhart, TX 78644. Attendance is Mandatory. The District will not provide a full tour at any other time. It is the responsibility of vendor to verify all information.
