Description: The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals from firms or organizations to establish a contract for Alarm Monitoring Services for Thirty-Seven (37) County Facilities and/or Parks in Rockdale County. There will be three (3) Non-Mandatory Walk-throughs to the county facilities. The 37 sites will be split up into three (3) days. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend all three (3) days to see all facilities. Walk-throughs will be for the following three (3) days: Thursday, November 3, 2016, Monday, November 7, 2016, and Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Bidders should meet at 9:00 a.m. each day at the Administration Building, lobby area, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, GA 30012. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this RFP must be submitted in writing to Dawn Spivey at dawn.spivey@rockdalecountyga.gov or to the Department of Finance at the address below. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this RFP no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, November 10, 2016. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the Rockdale County website at www.rockdalecountyga.gov for any addenda that may be issued, prior to submitting a proposal for this RFP. Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by OWNER. Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
