Description:

Oconee County Board of Commissioners is accepting bids for the Southeast Oconee Pressure Zone Water Systems project.  The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:

Contract No. 1      Construction of one (1) 0.75 million gallon composite water tank.

Contract No. 2      Construction of five (5) pressure zone valve vaults and associated appurtenances.

Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2 will be bid and constructed simultaneously.  Prospective bidders have the option to submit a bid for Contract 1 only or for Contract 2 only or for both Contracts 1 and 2.  Sealed bids for the Southeast Oconee Pressure Zone Water Systems project will be received at the Oconee County Finance Office, located at the Oconee County Board of Commissioners, 23 N. Main Street, Room 203, Watkinsville, Georgia, 30677 until 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday, March 17, 2020.  At the time, date the sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers, Suite 205.  

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 2/25/2020 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Oconee County Water Resources Department, 1291 Greensboro Highway, Room B102, Watkinsville, GA 30677. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory for submittal of bids; however, all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend to discuss and clarify any questions regarding the Bid Documents.
