Description: The project consists of a +/- 1,400 sqft building addition to accommodate athletic storage and equipment distribution and renovations within the existing High School to relocate/expand the washer/dryer facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to, select demolition, concrete slab work, masonry, windows, doors, interior finishes, and all structural, mechanical (plumbing, HVAC, fire protection), and electrical work necessary to complete the project. The Contract Documents were prepared for Project by LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD., 701-A Lady Street, Columbia, SC 29201. The last day to submit questions is November 29, 2018.
