Description: Dorchester County is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to prequalify General Contractors to provide a full range of construction services to support the implementation of the Pump Station #4 and Force Main Upgrades. These services will be provided under contract with Dorchester County, with funding provided by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) through the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) under SCIIP Grant #A-23-C054. General Contractors (also referred to as Applicant or Respondent herein) are invited to submit Qualifications for either of both Divisions of Work - Division 1 - Force Mains and/or Division 2 - Pump Station.
