As such, complete removal and replacement of sidewalks, driveways, etc. may be required for safety issues at the County's discretion. Please provide appropriate items for installation of sidewalks, driveways and curb and gutters.
Response: Reference the Measurement and Payment details of Section 14030: Lighting Conduit in the Arlington County Lighting Specification, the restoration will be incidental to the installation conduit.

As such, milling and overlay around trench areas may be required for safety reasons at the County's discretion. Please provide appropriate items for milling and overlay.

Response: Please reference the scope of work. This is an on-call contract and task orders will be issued on a need basis for maintenance of more than 8,000 County-owned existing streetlights, repair and rebuild both on routine and emergency basis, as well as installation of new lighting systems.

Question: Please explain how the Attachment A units and the position/equipment hourly rates on the bid form shall be used together to build compensation for work.
Response: Attachment A includes most of the line items typically required to properly maintain, repair, and rebuild the lighting system. If unforeseen work is not included in the Pricing Sheet, then the contractor will be paid hourly for those positions/equipment and the materials.
