Description: The City of Laurinburg is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Qualified Environmental Professional firms to provide environmental engineering and related services for Brownfields Site Assessments. This project is funded by a federal grant under a cooperative agreement from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The City of Laurinburg intends to select a qualified professional to provide these services based on the project details and evaluation criteria listed in the detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
