Question: The "Affirmative Action Compliance Notice" states that the evidence of compliance, i.e., Affirmative Action letter or Certificate of Employee Information Report, is to be provided "after notification of award." The Contents of Proposal list shows that these documents are to be included with the proposal, items ix and x. Which is correct?
Response: Please include your evidence of compliance along with your response.

Question: The Section 3 Business Certification form asks for a Project Address. What address should we use?
Response: Use our main office address which is 1 Bergen County Plaza, 2nd Floor, Hackensack, NJ

Question: The Insurance Requirement and Acknowledgment Form includes an indemnification clause. Currently the indemnification language is very broad. Even if the contractor performs everything according to industry standards, they are liable for all claims, etc. 1) Is HABC willing to entertain suggested changes to the clause? 2) Are you agreeable to including a limitation of liability clause?
Response: Insurance Requirement and Acknowledgment as included. Any exceptions should be noted in your response and will be considered; however what is listed is what we are looking for. Limitation of liability is not acceptable
