Question: The following insert is from our legal, Per the ITB Section IV. A. any proposed changes to the terms and conditions incorporated and/or attached to this ITB, must be stated in Bidder’s bid submittal in a Section marked “PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.”. There is also an Attachment A to the ITB to be completed for exceptions. It is not clear if the instructions in Section IV.A. are actually referencing the Attachment A form, suggest you ask specifically how they want to see exceptions in the bid during the Submission of Written Questions period so we proceed correctly. Assumption is the requirement will be to include the Attachment A Form, so I have completed the Form attached. Can you answer?
