Description:

The purpose of this IFB is to secure an experienced, qualified, licensed Contractor(s) to provide purchase, installation, repair, replacement and rental of various barrier equipment including but not limited to fence, gate, safety rails at the City of Avondale property sites within the City limit. The Scope of Work includes; Exhibit A which is consist of Group 1 – General Fencing, Rental and Security Gates (Parts and Repair for indefinite quantity), and Group 2 – Supply and Installation of fences in Las Ligas Park, Festival Fields Park and Friendship Park.  Vendor has the option to submit one offer on one to all groups.  The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of Services will be requested by the City pursuant to the Contract.  Please note that most locations in the Mountain Time zone are currently observing MDT. The solicitation due time is 5:00PM Arizona Time.
