Question: Is it possible to substitute Sci-trol with AB Micrologix or Compactlogix as alternatives?
Response: 02/06/2018: Please fill out the REQUEST FOR APPROVED EQUAL form located in the bid documents and email to purch@leesburgflorida.gov before 8:00 AM Tuesday, February 7, 2018. 02/07/2018: SCI-TROL will be the only acceptable manufacturer, see Addendum No.1 to revise bid langauage.

Question: What type of level meter is used – analog or discrete multilevels?
Response: The signal is controlled from the remote plant through SCADA. The ground storage tank has a level transducer which when the level for start and stop is reached based on the set point in SCADA the well will run or stop. So it will be a digital input.
