Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#7452 Repairs to exterior envelopes at multiple buildings throughout the school district. The base bid will be for one school, with additional alternatives that includes five (5) additional facilities throughout the District, as identified within the projects specifications.
DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Masonry;
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be no formal pre-bid site visit. However, any vendor interested in visiting the individual schools MUST contact the Buildings & Grounds office prior to receive permission. Please call the office at 508-626-9111 to coordinate a visit.
