Description: The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct approximately 2,435 LF of 10” water main and approximately 7,756 LF of 8” water main with 5 fire hydrants and associated appurtenances. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 and Order No. 11375 which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
