Question: 1. On page 5 of the RFQ it states that the qualification submittal must contain items #1-#5 on page 6 - there are only 4 items on page 6 - is there one missing? If so what is it? 2. Please explain what is meant by List any exceptions, qualifications, or exclusions to this RFQ? 3. Does the cover letter count toward to 30 pages?
Response: 1. that was an oversite. There are only 4 items in the list on page 6 2. List any exceptions or exclusions to the RFQ . Disregard the word qualifications 3. Exhibit A & B, Cover Pages and Tabs are excluded. Cover Letter is part of the page count.
