Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 7766 Farley Roof Replacement and Associated Work Removal and replacement of current failing roofing system with a new single-ply thermoplastic system, skylight repairs, repairs to stairwell low- and steep-sloped sheet metal roofs, isolated brick masonry throughwall flashing repairs, minimal other building envelope repairs associated with roof replacement, MEP temporary disconnect/reconnect work of RTUs, gas lines, exhaust fans, etc., and other associated work.
