Description:

SPEC-1 GENERAL SCOPE

1. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to select one (1) vendor for the Annual District’s Office Supply needs.
2. The vendor shall supply, ship 27 locations, with a new High School opening in the fall of 2021 making it 28 locations.
3. In the fall of 2022, the District will open a fourth middle school making the total 29 locations.  
4. This shall be a three (3) year agreement and can be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, making it a five (5) year agreement should both parties agree.
5. Vendor must hold prices for three (3) years.
