Description:

The Fox Valley Park District and Fox Valley Park Foundation are requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 through fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with the option of auditing its financial statements for an additional 2 1-year extensions. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

The District reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all submittals. During the evaluation process, the District reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, technicalities, or non- material omissions in any Proposal for the purpose of awarding the contract that is in the best interest of the Fox Valley Park District and Fox Valley Park Foundation.

Proposers are responsible for checking all addenda prior to submitting proposals.

Respondents shall submit a digital pdf copy of the proposed documents, including all attachments via email to Kim Nooncaster, or by mail to Kim Nooncaster’s attention by September 22, 2021 by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST.
