Description: Okeechobee County is currently accepting written proposals from licensed, qualified firms for the renovation of the existing kitchen for Okeechobee County Fire Rescue Station #1 – 501 NW 6th Street, Okeechobee, FL 34972. Mandatory pre-bid site visits will be held Tuesday June 25th at 10am and Thursday June 27th at 2pm. All questions to be submitted in writing to Tiffany Gould – Project Coordinator @ (863)763-0805 or via email tgould@okeechobeecountyfl.gov. Bidding firms shall be responsible for all materials, measurements, safety measurements, storage, site security, permits and labor necessary for acceptable and final completion of this project. Work may include, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of all kitchen cabinetry and counter tops, wall and flooring repair, plumbing, electrical, as well as finish carpentry, caulking/sealants, and trim work.


 All proposals are due in writing, to the email or address above, July 10th, 2024, at 4:00pm EST.
