Do you have a program, including square footage, for the space you will want to lease for 10 years for County functions? a) How much of that square footage would be space for public-facing functions like permitting or counseling? b) How many parking spaces will be required for official vehicles or visitors?

Question: The solicitation intention is described as completion of a master plan. However, the Statement of Proposed Work in Section B includes full architectural/engineering services all of the way through construction. Is it the intent of the County that the Architect selected as part of the master plan team continue on to design a county owned municipal building should it end up as part of the master plan? If so, is it possible to expand the number of projects featured and associated page count to show 5 master planning related projects and 5 municipal building related projects?

Although “Exceptions to RFQ” was enclosed, missing items were: P105 - Subcontractor Data Form P106 - Compliance with Illegal Immigration Act P107 - Non-Collusion Oath P108 - Equal Employment Opportunity Certification 2) In the 30 page count, does the Cover count as one of the 30 pages? 3) For submission, can Dorchester County verify that a PDF e-submission is adequate - i.e. there is no requirement for printed copies? 4) Has the last date for Addenda to be published been established? If so, what day and time will the last Addendum be released?
