Question: 1. What is the last day for questions? 2. Will the Bid opening/reading also be virtual? 3. Is there an SMB required percentage? Or is this a goal? 4. Will WBE's and DBE's count toward any requirement or goal? 5. Is the 'Outreach Written Notice" required to be "signed" by the Contractor submitting bid for each company solicited?
Response: 1. The last day for questions is December 30. 2. The bid opening will not be held in person or virtually, a bid tab will be posted on Vendor Registry once it is verified. 3. just best efforts 4. Not at this time. 5. No, just proof of your outreach will suffice.

Question: 1) It is possible to extend the last day for question to end of day of Monday, January 3, 2022? During the pre-bid the date of January 2, 2022 was given however that is on a Sunday. 2) Regarding Azalea Dr., I’m only coming up with about .63 mile of road length, but the bid item estimates .82 mile. Can you confirm? 3) Regarding Center Dr., I’m coming up with .72 mile instead of the .82 mile on the bid schedule. Can you confirm?

Question: Please see the below five (5) questions: 1) Per item 14d on the Scope of Work, does that mean that all roads on the project will get temp and thermo striping regardless of whether the roads currently have pavement markings? 2) Are the 2’ inverted paved shoulders on either side of Prescott Rd. and Azalea Dr. to be included in the resurfacing? 3) About half of Sandy Beach Trail is composed of concrete/brick pavers. Is the intent to microsurface over these pavers? 4) Regarding roads to be HMA overlayed, should side roads/intersections be included to the radius returns? 5) Could you provide a map showing the limits of Professional Village Circle? It’s unclear to me what the .12 mile includes.
