Dorchester County, South Carolina, is seeking proposals from suitably qualified firms to provide services as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for preconstruction and construction services for the construction of a new community building for the Four Holes Indian Organization – Edisto Tribal Council. This project consists of construction of a (pre-engineered) metal building, constructed by the awarded CMAR based on the attached Preliminary Floorplan (Attachment 1).

Response: The contractor will be managing the project as well as doing the work, while subcontracting out anything they can't or don't do (plumbing, hvac, etc.).
