Description: The Rabun County Government (the Client) requests Proposals from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms for the construction of an addition to the Rabun County Jail with a Sheriff's Administration Building. Upon completion of a review of proposals received, the Client anticipates awarding a contract for pre-construction services, and, at the Client's discretion, a subsequent contract for construction of the project.
