Description: On behalf of the Board of Sierra County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Sierra County hereby invites competitive sealed bids for the Diesel/Gasoline and Gas Card Services for Sierra County, subject to terms and conditions set forth in this notice. Opening will take place at the Sierra County Administration Building in the Commission room, located at 855 Van Patten, Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico, 87901 The Board of Sierra County Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the bid which in its judgment is most suitable and in the County’s best interest, to be the sole interpreter of the intent of any clauses of the specifications and the sole judge as to whether an offer complies with specifications.
