ADA compliant concrete walks, parking lot, pavilion, restroom building, and other site improvements.  Sealed bids will be received until January 29, 2019 at 2 p.m. at City Hall, 203 Monroe Street, Sweetwater, TN  37874 ATTN:  Jessica Morgan

One project manual and set of drawings may be obtained from Ross/Fowler (above) by depositing a non-refundable $50 check.  Licensed Contractors only,  A bid bond of 10% is required.
