Progressive Energy Group is conducting a Request for Proposals for the purchase of electric supply on behalf of Kendall County. The company selected will be the lowest responsible bidder. In determining the lowest responsible bidder, Progressive Energy Group and Kendall County will consider the overall proposal, the best contract pricing with the least contingencies, the company’s knowledge of the business, as well as the company’s ability to meet the County’s service requirements.

Progressive Energy Group and Kendall County Personnel will review written proposals and intend to make its selection based on these proposal documents. Kendall County, at its discretion, may choose to consider a multi-year contract option.

Kendall County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to cancel the RFP, to waive technicalities, and to award an agreement, which is in the best interests of Kendall County.
