Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg, SC (Owner) is seeking proposals from General Contractors with experience in commercial construction of the Mary H. Wright Culture Wall. Contractor submittals will be reviewed and the best qualified low cost contractors will be selected. Work will include concrete, reinforcement steal, steal structure, electrical, and Lumicor-Lumishield transluscent panels.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Pre-bid will be held Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM in training room in the basement of City Hall at 145 W. Broad Street, Spartanburg SC.
