CONSTRUCTION OF:
NW 116TH WAY AND NW 106TH TERRACE ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, obtaining all required permits, and performing all operations required to construct the Town of Medley Capital Improvements Project Number 0114-1 NW 116th Way and NW 106th Terr Roadway and Drainage in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work includes, but is not limited to, the Roadway and Drainage Construction for the area including approximately 500 linear feet (“L.F.”) starting on NW 102nd Road and Terminating on NW 106th Terrace and approximately 450 L.F. along NW 116th Way as depicted in the Construction Plans.
Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the requirements of all regulatory agencies and applicable laws and coordinating with all impacted utility owners.
