Description: Randolph County is soliciting quotes for the provision of child support legal services, including establishment, interstate matters and enforcement.

The County expects to pay $105.00 per hour for these services pursuant to three-year contracts. The contract terms will be July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025.

The County will award three of these contracts. Two contracts will be for approximately $96,075 for the three-year term and one contract will be for approximately $31,500 for the three-year term subject to availability of federal funds.

The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendor submitting quotes shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.
