Description: Torrance Unified School District is seeking bids for network equipment for new construction. 

1. The primary point of contact for this RFP is Gioconda Padilla, Director, Purchasing & Communication Services. All contact must be in writing.
2. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal. Additionally, the District reserves to select any proposal that the District believes is in the best interest of the District, which may not represent the lowest price. 
3. The award of a contract, if made by the District, will be based on the District's assessment of qualifications and desirability of the Vendors as well as price.
4. Vendor must possess a valid contract that has been competitively bid, pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 20118 et al and California Education Code Section 17595. A responsive proposal will include: 

• Copy of executed contract from awarding agency
• Letter of award
• Board approval date (if a city or school district)
• Published notice
