Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton, New Mexico for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Disposal (Tipping Fees).  The contract shall be for a per ton price for tipping fees of an estimated 5,000 tons of municipal solid waste per year. 

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, located at the Raton Municipal Building, 224 Savage Avenue, P.O. Box 910, Raton, New Mexico 87740.  Bids are due by Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after the specified closing time. Bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened.   The City of Raton reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Raton.
