Question: Under section 4.2 item B. 6 is struck out. Does this mean that you no longer require a current or most recent audited financial statement? Also under section 4.2 item D states that we should "Return a draft of the VATI Grant Application" could you please clarify that request. Not sure if you are requesting that we send you a copy of the "VATI Grant Application" to ensure we know what we are agreeing to or if you are request we supply you with a completed "VATI Grant Application" for Dinwiddie County prior to be selected by the County to partner on the application which is why we are submitting the RFP to begin with.
Response: Under Section 4.2. Section B.6, only the number 6 is struck through. That is a formatting error. That section is required. Section 4.2.D clarification: Please return a completed copy of the VATI Grant Application for Dinwiddie County with your proposal.
