Description: For the provision of demolition of existing park and portion of 11th Street, proposed site work, stormwater management and metal bridge, walkways, a raised crosswalk across 11th Street, seating areas, a dog relief spot, custom site furnishing, signage/wayfinding pylons, mist emitting structures, boulder walls, bermed landscape beds and landscaping, irrigation and site lighting
and
the realignment of the east curb line to establish a street grade bike only lane on the east side of Eads Street between army navy drive and south 12th Street. The improvements include but are not limited to: installing sidewalks, constructing a boardwalk over existing tree roots, asphalt pavement, street lights, stormwater infrastructure improvements, landscaping, and VDOT informational signage installation.
