Description: FAYETTE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (OWNER) will receive proposals through
Codell Construction Company (CONSTRUCTION MANAGER) to furnish all labor and materials to
complete the New Elementary School on Greendale Road located at 1411 Greendale Road,
Lexington, KY 40511. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda
prepared by Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, PLLC (ARCHITECT), Shrout Tate Wilson
Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (M/E ENGINEER), Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, PLLC
(STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS) and Element Design, PLLC (CIVIL ENGINEER).
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/3/2025 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST) at Fayette County Board of Education, 450 Park Place Blvd, Room 159, Lexington, KY 40511. All bidders are urged to attend this meeting.
