Question: I have three questions about this project. • How many locations total and a projected number of displays per location, per order? • What would be the minimum number of displays purchased at a time requiring installation? • Are we responsible for the removal of waste? If we are responsible, is there a central location a 40yard dumpster could be dropped for the duration of installation?
Response: How many locations total and a projected number of displays per location, per order? For the first bulk order, we are estimating 75 carts to be delivered to Frontier Middle School; 20 carts to be delivered to South Middle School; and 75 carts to be delivered to North Point Middle School. What would be the minimum number of displays purchased at a time requiring installation? For the bulk order, an estimate a minimum of 150 carts will be ordered. For single orders there could be 1 cart order. Are we responsible for the removal of waste? If we are responsible, is there a central location a 40yard dumpster could be dropped for the duration of installation? The selected vendor is responsible for bringing the waste to the dumpster onsite and breaking down the boxes, as appropriate. Multiple, standard dumpsters are located at each site.

Question: Due to supply chain and freight fluctuations, it will be difficult to hold a price for an unknown quantity for an entire year. Can you tell us the quantity of the initial purchase you are going to buy and how many locations it will go to? If delivered to one location, the price will be different than several locations. If you can also provide an exact total of how many units you’ll buy for the whole year, that would be helpful as well.
Response: The initial purchase will be a total of 178 flat panel carts. They will be delivered to 3 locations (80 - North Point Middle School, 80 - Frontier Middle School, and 18 - South Middle School). We are not able to provide the estimated quantity for the entire year at this time. Any additional orders will be delivered to one location (Berrey-Place Center).
