and Sewer is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to qualify firms for
a contract for long-term professional maintenance and asset management to
include, but may not be limited to: Engineering and inspection services,
rehabilitation, repair, repainting, washout, and preventative maintenance on
the County’s water storage tanks. The qualifying firm shall assume full
responsibility and accountability for maintenance issues relating to the
County’s water storage tanks.
