ACQUIRE 1 ONE (1) SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT (SRE): ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, SINGLE ENGINE DESIGN, HIGH-SPEED CARRIER VEHICLE WITH DUMP BODY, FRONT MOUNT SNOWPLOW, AND MATERIAL SPREADER INSERT (SRE 2A)
AND
ACQUIRE 1 ONE (1) SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT (SRE): ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, ALL-WHEEL STEER, SINGLE ENGINE DESIGN, HIGH-SPEED CARRIER VEHICLE WITH MATERIAL SPREADER BODY AND FRONT MOUNT SNOWPLOW (SRE 3A)

BID RESPONSES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE PUBLIC BID OPENING DATE AND TIME (LOCAL TIME) SPECIFIED ABOVE. BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND READ ALOUD AT THAT TIME.
LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS/BIDDERS:
You are hereby invited to submit your bid for the item(s) to be furnished and delivered, shipped f.o.b. to the address specified herein.
All bids must be received in DUPLICATE in sealed envelopes.
All bids are subject to staff analysis and Board approval. The City of Quincy, Illinois reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received and waive any and all technicalities.
The requirements of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, apply to this contract. The Owner has established a DBE contract goal of 0 (zero) percent for this contract. Award of this contract will be conditioned upon satisfying the requirements of this section.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Quincy, Illinois.
This procurement action is governed by all applicable local, State and Federal regulations. Federal provisions include are not limited to the following:
