The total length of pathways is approximately 12.5 miles and is fully enumerated the Sales Tax Referendum list of pathway priorities adopted by County Council.

Question: Can the Fee Proposal be submitted electronically thru Vendor Registry as a second submittal or does it need to be printed and mailed in? At the bottom of pg. 12 in the RFP it states, “All requested information and forms MUST be uploaded…If necessary to have more than one upload, pricing and signed acknowledgements, etc. are to be in the first upload and MSDS should be in the second,” but on page 13 it states "Fee proposal shall be included in a separate sealed envelope delivered to Beaufort County Purchasing prior to the date and time…” Also, what does MSDS stand for?
