Description:
JCSS is
seeking proposals from responsive and responsible grounds service vendors to
provide care and maintenance of its grounds to all campuses owned by Jones
County School System. Services will include, but are not limited to, all labor,
supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain grounds as per the
specification established herein. All vendors
submitting proposals must be fully outfitted to perform all functions normally
associated with this type of work.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 2/18/2021 8:30 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: THE PRE PROPOSAL MEETING IS MANDATORY!! Meeting will begin in the parking lot by the cooling tower at Dames Ferry Elementary, 545 Hwy 18W. Late arrivals will be disqualified. The meeting begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. We will be traveling to all campuses for site evaluation by Vendors.

Question: Question #1: Where do I find the forms, "Certification Of Non-Collusion"? I cant find it anywhere in this eRFP. The same goes for the "General Information Worksheet", "Certification Form", & "Price Worksheet" Can you please help me? This is important!!!
Response: They are separate documents uploaded to the solicitation.

Question: I still don't see a "cost worksheet", A "Certificate of Non-Collusion", and a "Certication Form" in this RFP. They are all three listed as a Madatory Documents. Please help ASAP Thank You, Keith Ware
Response: “JCSS Standard Terms and Conditions” ?This is our terms and conditions. You do not have a form to sign for this one. You will sign the Certification Form that you agree with our T & C. “Certificate of Non Collusion? ?This is included on the Certification Form. Where is the “Certication Form”? ?It is now listed in the documents. “Cost Worksheet”? ?When you select "Submit Bid", the cost worksheet will then be available. It is a form within the proposal. I will add a sample to the solicitation.

Question: I am reviewing the paperwork and the questions, but I do not see a certification page like you have attached for us to review. At the end of the Terms and conditions is the e-verify form. I did not see anything else that looked like the form you posted. Am I overlooking that page in the documents?
Response: The form is titled " Certification Form". I added it today because I missed it.
