Question: Should the funds not be available to complete all units are they prioritized in the line item bid as to which one would be first second etc
Response: The solicitation expressed two separate waves of roof replacements. The funding is available for the first wave, and then we will look at funding for the second wave.

Question: Does the 70 completion timeline include both the "Immediate" and "Secondary" work?
Response: It would be 70 days for each phase.

Question: The requirements list Umbrella Liability coverage at $5 million dollars and Pollution Liability coverage at $2 million dollars (aggregate limit). I currently have Umbrella and Pollution Liability policies with $1M / $1M limits. Given the scope and nature of the work, would KCDC consider accepting my coverage at the current limits? Please advise.
Response: We have discussed this question with our Risk Manager and unfortunately we cannot lower our requirements. However, note that KCDC presumes you would not obtain these coverage levels until a contract/award is concluded and further KCDC expects that your bid would include the cost for the higher coverage levels.
