Description: Work of this Contract covers the following construction at Rio Rancho Middle School, 1600 Loma Colorado Blvd., NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following as identified in the Contract Documents:
• Demolition and replacement of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• New HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Demolition and replacement of acoustical ceiling tiles.
• Demolition and replacement of floor finishes.
NOTE: This project does not require LEED certification. References to LEED throughout this RFP are not applicable to this project.
