Response: Q1. For the precast concrete restrooms and dugouts are there preferences for the exterior appearance? Smooth stucco finish? Brick finish? Answer: No, this depends on the project. Q2. Any size preferences, how many stalls need to be included or just small with one men's and one women's restrooms? Answer: Unless otherwise specified, restroom stalls shall be unisex and ADA-compliant, with room for changing tables. Q3. What is the requested size on the storage sheds, are these precast concrete? Answer: There is no requested size. The size of the storage sheds will vary from project to project. They may be precast concrete, although other materials may be acceptable.
