KCDC is soliciting proposals for custodial services at its main office building at 901 N. Broadway in Knoxville, Tennessee. Additionally KCDC is requesting an optional price for cleaning of its Procurement Office building also at the same address. This work may or may not be awarded.
KCDC has posted the MS Word version of the document so that suppliers can type responses directly into the document. KCDC urges suppliers to do so. Please note however that the Adobe version remains the official document.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Come to KCDC's Training Room at 901 N. Broadway. Enter the lobby and turn right around the stairs. Please read the solicitation document and mark questions prior to the meeting. A tour of the building will follow.
