Description:
Rock Hill School District Three is soliciting bids for construction of
the Cherry Park Elementary School Kitchen Upfit, including the addition of a
small vestibule and an exterior walk-in cooler/freezer. The work includes, but
is not limited to site work, utilities installation, demolition, foundations,
masonry, concrete, roofing, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and all
other components necessary to complete the construction. The last day to
submit questions is April 2, 2019, at 4:00 pm. Submit questions in writing to kpetrie@moseleyarchitects.com.
Responses will be in the form of addenda if required.
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: No pre-bid meeting. However, bidders are encouraged to visit the job-site. Bidders should make arrangements at least one business day in advance of their visit by calling David Wiles at (803) 203-1149 or emailing at dwiles@jmcope.com.
