The City of Murfreesboro is seeking proposals from companies to provide a voluntary wellness program for the City’s approximately 1,089 full-time employees, retirees, and long-term disability enrollees, as well as the spouses and other dependents of these individuals. The goal of the wellness program is to improve the overall health and well-being of City employees, through a program model that will engage employee participation, incentivize participants year-round, integrate health outcomes, and connect with City-wide health and fitness initiatives.
