Description: The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal and state funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All Proposers and subcontractors used by Proposers shall comply with all applicable federal laws, state laws, state standards, local ordinances, regulations, executive orders, and the terms and conditions of the funding award.

This Request for Proposal is for supplying and training of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) & Self-Check System for the Randolph County Public Library system which will work in conjunction with the Library’s integrated library system (ILS), which is Sirsi Dynix based Horizon.
