Description:

Sealed bids for the Mac Gray Park 2020 Improvements will be received from Contractors by the City of Prattville, Alabama (Owner) at Doster Center, 424 South Northington Street, Prattville, Alabama until 10:00 A.M., the prevailing time, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read.  Sealed bids submitted prior to the bid opening should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and sent to the City Clerk’s Office Attn: Cathy Dickerson, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. In general, the project includes, but is not limited to: 5 softball fields, one concession stand, parking lot, site grading, storm sewer, utilities, grassing, and cleanup. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
